Sensory will grant free access to the Ukrainian language throughout 2022 to any non-profit organization or any company that assists in ongoing humanitarian efforts.
March 31, 2022

Today, we are happy to announce the release of the Ukrainian language for general-purpose speech-to-text transcription within SensoryCloud.ai. We believe that speech-to-text can be used in a variety of ways to assist those in need of humanitarian services in the coming months. Speech-to-text allows applications to automatically and easily transcribe audio files and spoken language into text. As part of our commitment to develop unique technologies that help improve lives, Sensory will grant free access to the Ukrainian language throughout 2022 to any non-profit organization or any company that assists in ongoing humanitarian efforts. By providing Ukrainian speech-to-text services, we envision new and targeted services such as language translation, border control processing, social services support, and cataloging of human experiences. While the possibilities are limitless, we are excited to collaborate and learn more about the innovative ways developers will use this offering.

For over 25 years, Sensory has been a long-standing innovator and partner in the speech industry.  Our technologies have been deployed in millions of consumer products. In early 2022 we launched SensoryCloud.ai as a private and modern cloud platform for providing ground-breaking voice and vision technologies that enable a wide range of unique and valuable user experiences.  Our speech-to-text (STT) technology within SensoryCloud leverages best-of-breed methods in deep-learning to deliver exceptional accuracy – 5% word error rates for US English with notable performance in other languages such as German, French, and Spanish. As a voice technology leader, we are proud to offer a highly-available, private, and secure cloud platform.
